The personal data collected is kept for three years. At the end of that period, users will receive an extension request that they may accept or refuse.
Any user may request the deletion of their data before the end of those three years. Users have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability over their personal data.
Users may exercise these rights by making a request through the "Contact us" form on our website. They must prove their identity by attaching a copy of an official document.

Article 8: Applicable law – Disputes
The conclusion, interpretation and validity of these Terms and of all contracts arising from them and their consequences are governed by the French law and regulations in force, to the exclusion of any other legislation, whatever the nationality of the User; this applies to both substantive and procedural rules.
Failing an amicable agreement between the parties and if negotiations fail, the parties regain their full freedom and their dispute will be brought before a competent court.

Article 9: Invalidity and ineffectiveness of clauses
The invalidity or impossibility of implementing any of the clauses of these Terms, if it does not significantly upset the contractual balance, affects only the clause concerned and does not entail the cancellation of these Terms.
The User undertakes to read the content of this document carefully, and expressly and unreservedly accepts all the rules and obligations set out in it.
Article 10: Duration
The Terms of Service come into force and take effect from the subscription to the Services, that is, the User's acceptance of the Terms of Service, for an indefinite period.

The User will be informed of changes to the Terms as soon as they are published in the application. The User must read them carefully.
Any substantial change to the rights and obligations of the Parties will, before it comes into force, be notified to the User by MAJALISS. The User may then either accept the new Terms and/or continue using the service, which constitutes acceptance of the new Terms, or ask MAJALISS to keep the Terms accepted at the time of subscribing to the Services, or terminate these Terms.
