Delete your account

From the app or the website, once signed in:

1. 1Open "My account", then the "My settings" tab.
2. 2In the danger zone, tap "Delete my account".
3. 3Retype your account's e-mail address to confirm, then tap "Permanently delete my account".

From your management space:

1. 1Open the management menu, then "My account settings" (on a phone, the "My settings" pill above your institute page).
2. 2In the danger zone, tap "Delete my account".
3. 3Retype your account's e-mail address to confirm, then tap "Permanently delete my account".

Deletion removes everything you kept to yourself, and anonymises what others have already received:

• Deleted immediately: your sign-in account, your profile (first and last name, date of birth, picture), your favourite institutes, your notification subscriptions and your not-yet-published reviews.
• Kept, but anonymised: your published reviews and your messages stay where they were posted — they count towards an institute's rating and belong to a conversation — shown as "Deleted account", with no picture and no link to a profile.
• Manager account: you lose access to the management space. The institute's page stays public, with its courses and reviews, without a manager, and can be taken over by a new representative.
• Technical data and error logs are erased within twelve months at most.

Write to us at contact@majaliss.io from the account's e-mail address, with "Account deletion" as the subject. We delete the account under the same conditions and confirm it to you by e-mail.
